How old should my child be when they first visit a dentist?

Dr. Hulme prefers to see children at two and a half years of age for a checkup and their first experience with a dentist.

Can you put me to sleep for my dental procedure?

Dr. Hulme is qualified to administer oral anesthetic, and some patients ask to be put at ease during their procedures. With a simple pill, you can relax through your treatment, but please make sure you bring someone along to drive you home.

What is your appointment cancellation policy?

Because we believe our patients’ time and our time is valuable, we ask you call 24 hours in advance to cancel a scheduled appointment so we can use that time to see other patients or work in patients with emergencies. If you do not cancel a scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee up to the amount of the scheduled procedure.
